Each item is backed by our return & exchange policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency.
Eligibility for Exchange

Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery by using our Returns & Exchanges Portal located in your customer account.

Only items that are unused, unworn, unaltered, and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging will be accepted.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all exchanges.
Exchange & Store Credit Terms

Exchanges: If your desired size, color, or style is available, we will gladly exchange your item once the original product is returned and inspected.

Store Credit: If the requested exchange is unavailable, we will issue store credit equal to the original purchase price.

Refunds: Refunds are not available, though we gladly provide exchanges to make sure every order meets your expectations.
Return Process
Eligible returns and exchanges must be initiated through your customer account using our self-service Returns & Exchanges Portal. Requests must be submitted within the applicable return window outlined in this policy.
Once your return request is approved, return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided through the Returns & Exchanges Portal.
Items returned without an approved return request through our Returns & Exchanges Portal may be refused and returned to the sender.

Items returned with signs of wear, damage, alteration, odors, or without original packaging will not qualify for exchange or store credit.

Espuela Design Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Exchanges and store credit are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
